I finally did it! Avery is almost 2 1/2 years old and I decided to cut her hair. I didn't want to do it, but after consulting with my husband we thought that the mullet look was getting a little old and we could "clean up" her look a little bit. Now when i saw mullet, i don't mean the really ugly tacky kind. I mean the cute little baby thin hair that grows a little longer in the back then it does everywhere else. So, I took her to my salon and got 2 inches chopped off the back. Nadia (my hairdresser) didn't cut anything off the front, just sort of evened out the back so it can grow in thick and beautiful. I am guessing that most of you will not even be able to tell a difference in the BEFORE and AFTER pics, but of course I can. Let me know!!

I can tell a difference. It really straightens out the ends and gives it more of a tailored look. Also makes it a lot easier to work with. I am guessing she did well at the salon because it looks great!
Mercy still has a mullet look to her! Her hair still grows faster on the sides than on top. I love that haircut though, so nice and simple but it makes them look so different!
