Birthday and Father's Day

Justin's birthday and Father's day always fall on the same weekend so he gets spoiled for 2 days. The girls LOVE birthdays so Hannah had it all planned out. She informed me that on Sat. morning we had to wake up early and make Daddy breakfast in bed with her personal favorite...pancakes, eggs and sausage. Hannah and Avery helped me cook and then we woke him up the the Birthday Song and a plate of yummy food. Avery sat right up there with him and helped him eat, while Hannah quickly returned to the kitchen to eat her own plate of delicious food.
After breakfast it was time for presents. I was able to get Justin new golf clubs. My brother in law was buying a new set of clubs and sold me his old ones for a wonderful price and they are being shipped here right now.(Thanks Terry) Since they wouldn't be here for his birthday I bought him a little kids set of plastic clubs and balls. At first he didn't get it, but when he saw the note that the other clubs are in the mail he was SO EXCITED!!!! The girls are happy too because now they have their own set of clubs to play with.
So for Father's Day my friend Blanca had the cuteset idea. She is a great photographer and she offered to take the girls pictures with them wearing Justin's shoes. They turned out so cute and it looks great in our living room!! The little saying at the bottom of the picture is "We're following in your footsteps" Thanks Blanca for your great idea and for taking the pics for me!! Here is the finished product

Love it. It was so great to see you guys a few weeks ago. Thanks again for letting us come by and visit. Sounds like Justin had a great birthday! We still have the cute notes Hannah gave us.
